Fans and non-fans of LE SSERAFIM’s Yunjin and Sakura have caused clips of the group’s very different reactions to (G)I-DLE‘s performance of “Tomboy” at the 2022 Melon Music Awards to go viral.

The Melon Music Awards‘ line-up this year was filled with many different 4th generation superstars along with LE SSERAFIM, including ENHYPEN, IVE, and (G)I-DLE.

Along with winning multiple awards, (G)I-DLE put on a stunning performance that included all of their 2022 releases, including the smash hit “Tomboy.” Normally, (G)I-DLE will censor the F-bomb that is dropped in the chorus of the song, but boldly decided to include the original lyrics on stage!

The unexpected R-Rated performance shocked many of the idols in attendance including ENHYPEN’s Sunoo, NewJeans‘s Hyein, and several members IVE!

LE SSERAFIM also had some pretty hilarious reactions to the unexpected F-bomb as well! Sakura and Kazuha can be seen jamming along to the music before the chorus and then turning to look at each other in shock. Sakura seemed to be the most surprised out of the entire group!

While their reactions were funny, it’s the contrast between Sakura and Yunjin’s reactions that sent the group viral. In a recording of Yunjin listening to the song, she can be seen bobbing her head prior to the chorus, but when it hits her expression changes completely!
Some fans called their difference in reaction a way of telling the differences in their personalities, as well as that Yunjin was raised in America!
