When it comes to one of the most iconic friendships in the music industry, at the top of the list has to be between the BTS members and soloist Halsey.
The musicians first met all the way back at the 2017 Billboard Music Award and went on to create the masterpiece that was “Boy With Luv.”
They even came to support BTS during their recent shows in America at the end of 2021. Halsey really showcased their support for the group, not just by posting pictures…
But in a video shared on their Instagram story, Halsey was dancing away to the group’s track “Butter” and was definitely feeling the atmosphere and vibes from other ARMYs around them.
Halsey even posted photos online on their Instagram with the caption “Uncle Gang,” and it had some netizens wondering whether the members had met their first child Ender Ridley Aydin.
Well, it seems like that could have been confirmed. March 9 (KST) marks a very special day for BTS fans because it is Suga‘s birthday! Before the clock struck midnight in Korea, Suga met with fans on a live broadcast to celebrate his special day.
Even though America is ahead of Korea, Halsey made sure to wish their twin Suga a happy birthday. Halsey posted a collage of some adorable photos on their Instagram with the caption “Happy birthday twin.”
Many pointed out the meaning of Halsey calling Suga “Twin” and pointed to a previous live broadcast they did.
They (speaking about other artists) really represent different parts of my psyche and different parts of my personality. Yoongi is like really introspective and really has an intelligent perspective on where we are and what we’re doing.
If it wasn’t enough, on closer inspection of the photos, along with a selfie of the duo and one of Suga drinking, there seemed to be one of the idol with Halsey’s child.
When the post was shared, ARMYs couldn’t get enough of the interaction, even pointing out that Halsey had waited until it was the right time in Korea to share their love and best wishes to Suga.
It isn’t the first time the duo has showcased their friendship. ARMYs couldn’t help but notice a familiar face in a box of Korean snacks at the start of the year. A limited-edition bottle of Lotte’s Xylitol gum bottle with Suga’s face on it from BTS’s collaboration was at the center of the box.
Although it wasn’t confirmed, ARMYs speculated that it was a gift from Suga himself in honor of the upcoming anniversary of Halsey’s Manic album. The album was released January 17, 2020, and includes their collaboration track “SUGA’s Interlude.”
After their reunion back in December 2021 and another set of shows in Vegas next month, BTS and Halsey hopefully can reunite again and share even more moments with fans worldwide.
