More YG Entertainment idols have tested positive for COVID-19. iKON’s Jinhwan, Yunhyeong, and Donghyuk were first diagnosed with COVID-19 on January 23, and then WINNER’s Lee Seung Hoon was also diagnosed on January 24. iKON’s Junhoe and TREASURE’s Yoshi additionally tested positive on January 25. On January 27, YG Entertainment released the following statement: This is YG Entertainment. iKON’s Jung Chanwoo along with TREASURE’s Choi Hyun Suk, Junkyu, and Mashiho were additionally classified with confirmed COVID-19 cases. They have completed their COVID-19 vaccinations, and all members of each group including the diagnosed members are currently in good health without any notable symptoms. TREASURE has completed all preparations for their comeback including album recording, music video filming, and choreography practice while thoroughly following disease prevention guidelines. As new cases of COVID-19 are sharply increasing not only domestically but also worldwide, we are prioritizing the safety of our artists and staff more than ever.
